With an extension like .TMC I'd try the Thrustmaster programming software, not DCS. But I don't use the Thrustmaster software as the defaults DCS assigns work great for me so I could very well be wrong.I don’t have a profile, but I’d recommend setting up the x-52 as close to the f-16 setup as possible. I’d save one button on the throttle or stick for left mouse click (programmed through dcs). This way when using the quest 2 once you hit the mouse key the cursor will show up and move to wherever your eyes go and allow you to click.
